This is a place I would really like to visit again. The masseuse's techniques were excellent and relieved my pain symptoms, and the prices were affordable. They were very professional and attentive, and I really liked this place.
I am very sad to write this as I don’t normally like leaving these kind of reviews. But I just left this massage place, and I was very disappointed. I’ve gotten these type of massages at least a hundred times in various different cities and even states. This one was probably the most disappointing one. Not because it was bad, but because there was so much potential and it just fell short. Good things—place was clean, ladies were very friendly. But the woman who was doing me, talked practically half the time on her phone, loudly, on speaker. Not whispering. LOUDLY. She even set the phone right by my ear and I heard it every time it went off. She had to speak for someone at a different location because the lady didn’t speak English, and this person was trying to buy a gift card. Then she had to call her husband to let her husband know to go pick up this lady. the entire time she is talking very loudly having it on speaker. She did apologize but then continued to do it. I almost walked out several times, but decided to hold out to see if she would make up for it. While she was talking, she would massage one part to the point where it would hurt and then when It got to the feet where I needed it the most she rushed through it. I could tell she was very good at what she does and her pressure was good, but I just felt like she didn’t really care about doing me and was more focused on her “busy life.” She made several comments about how she’s just so busy, which I get it, but I feel like when your with a customer you need to give that person your all. And if you absolutely need to take a phone call, you step out and then make up the time or offer a discount. Needless to say, I was so upset I couldn’t say anything, and I still left her a tip. But I am coming on here to let everyone know that if they are looking for a relaxing massage, you may need to reconsider as you may be part of a phone call conversation.
The tug was amazing
Nice place. A little noisy with staff talking loud. Doors on the rooms would help. Curtains not good for maintaining a pleasant massage experience but otherwise an excellent massage. The therapist was skilled and creative and seemed to enjoy the session as much as I did. I love those who take pride in their work and derive pleasure from a job well done.
